Dual channel design: It can simultaneously measure and monitor the axial displacement signals of two channels, and each channel can work independently with its own measurement, alarm and other functions.
Powerful self checking function: It has an extended self checking function that can monitor the real-time working status of the module itself, including hardware failures, software errors, etc. It also has a built-in sensor self-test function, which can detect whether the eddy current sensor connected to it is working properly.
Convenient data communication: Equipped with RS232 and RS485 interfaces, it can easily communicate with external devices. For example, through the RS232 interface, a portable device can be used on site to set parameters and read measurement data for the module. Through the RS485 interface, it can communicate with EPRO's analysis and diagnostic system MMS6850, etc., achieving data transmission and sharing.
Linearization processing: Built in linearization function can linearize the signal input by the sensor, improving the accuracy and reliability of measurement.
Measurement data recording: capable of recording and storing the most recent start/stop measurement data, facilitating users to analyze and trace the operating status of the equipment.

Signal input
Input type: Two independent eddy current sensor signal inputs, with an input voltage range of -1V to -22V dc.
Sensor power supply: Provides two channels of -26.75V DC power supply for the sensor.
Keyphase signal input: The module is equipped with key signal input, and the signal must be greater than 13V for speed control mode.

Eigenvalue output: Two current outputs representing eigenvalues, which can be set to 0-20mA or 4-20mA; Two channels of 0-10V voltage output representing characteristic values.
Other outputs: Provides two 0-10V DC voltage outputs, proportional to the distance between the sensor and the measured surface.


Limit monitoring
Alarm value setting: In the dual channel independent measurement mode, each channel can be separately set with two sets of alarm values and danger values, and alarm hysteresis values can also be set, ranging from 1% to 20% of the full range.
Limit multiplier: In special circumstances, such as when the critical speed is exceeded, the limit multiplier function can be activated and the multiplication factor X (1.00-5.00) can be set, which affects both the alarm value and the danger value.
Alarm output: The module provides four alarm outputs, channel 1 including danger D1-C, D1-E, and alarm A1-C, A1-E; Channel 2 includes danger D2-C, D2-E, and alarm A2-C, A2-E。
