Monitoring function: used to monitor various parameters of industrial equipment, such as vibration, displacement, temperature, etc. Similar to modules such as MMS6360, it has dual channel eccentricity measurement functions and can monitor shaft eccentricity and other conditions.
Signal processing: It can receive and process signals from sensors, convert sensor signals into standard signal forms that are easy to analyze and process, such as the ability to process signals from eddy current sensors. MMS6360 can process PR642X series eddy current sensor signals.
Communication capability: Equipped with RS232/485 and other communication ports for data transmission and communication with other devices, achieving remote monitoring and configuration settings, etc., in order to transmit measurement data to the upper computer or other control systems for analysis and display.
Self check function: Like other EPRO modules, it may have a certain self check function, which can check its own working status, such as detecting whether the module has faults, whether the sensor connections are normal, etc., and output status information through indicator lights or communication interfaces.
Security protection: Alarm values and danger values are set. When the monitoring parameters exceed the set limits, an alarm signal can be output to remind staff to take timely measures to avoid equipment failures or accidents. At the same time, it may have functions such as alarm holding and alarm output mode settings.
