Measurement range: The measurement range of a typical eddy current sensor may be in different specifications such as 1mm to 20mm.
Accuracy: It can usually achieve high accuracy, such as better than ± 1% FS, etc.
Working temperature: The working temperature range of general sensors is around -35 ℃ to+200 ℃, while the working temperature range of cables and connectors is around -35 ℃ to+150 ℃.
Thread size: Common types include metric or imperial threads with diameters of 6mm, 10mm, and 18mm.
Installation and use
Installation method: The sensor is equipped with installation threads or rectangular mounting flanges for easy installation and fixation.
Connection requirements: The end of the cable can choose self-locking waterproof joint or bare wire method, and the cable can also choose armored or non armored. At a 1m cable location, a joint or no joint can be selected.
Calibration: The sensor and preamplifier have been linearly calibrated using calibration material 42CrMo4 before leaving the factory, so no further calibration is usually required during installation. Users only need to adjust the air gap between the sensor and the measuring surface until the desired signal is obtained from the output of the preamplifier
