However, if the operation of spraying robots is not familiar or improper, it can also cause some unnecessary spraying defects. Common solutions to spraying defects of spraying robots are as follows.

1、 Product granulation after spraying by spraying robot

This situation is the mixing of impurities in the spray material. Change different types of paint before cleaning the spray gun. The nozzle pressure is too high, the diameter is too small, and it is too far from the object surface. The paint is left for too long after adding diluent. Insufficient mixing and settling.

Keep the construction site clean. Different types of paints cannot be mixed for use. Choose an appropriate caliber, spray distance should not exceed 25mm, storage time should not be too long, and dilution should not be too much. Mix thoroughly and let stand.

2、 Partial loss of gloss of the product after spraying by the spraying robot

This is due to insufficient dilution of the sprayed paint, which dries too quickly and results in a thick paint film. Use incompatible diluents. The base surface is rough and uneven. The construction environment has a low temperature and high humidity.

Mix according to the correct proportion and master the thickness of the paint film. Increase the dilution ratio in summer. Flatten the base surface and polish the primer. Ensure that the temperature and humidity in the construction site meet the requirements.

3、 Spray robot produces bubbles in the product after spraying

The surface moisture content is high and the temperature is high. The air compressor or pipeline has moisture. Poor sealing of the surface by putty. The storage time after adding the curing agent is too short.

resolvent:

Dry surface, avoid direct sunlight exposure. Separate using an oil-water separator. Choose high-quality putty. It is advisable to leave it for 10-20 minutes and spray it twice. After the surface dries, reapply.

The spraying robot needs maintenance after a period of use. After use, the spraying robot should be cleaned, and if necessary, the lubrication level of the machine should be checked and lubricated in a timely manner to extend the service life of the spraying robot.
