3、 Before starting work, check the trial operation of the machine tool, whether the lubrication pump is oiled, whether the variable speed operation handles are flexible, whether the large and small carts are running normally, and whether the large and small tool holders are flexible. Do not wear gloves and fasten the buttons on your sleeves. Pay attention to running the vehicle empty for more than 10 minutes in cold weather, and start working after all parts are lubricated properly.

5、 Do not touch the workpiece and cutting tools with your hands during turning, and do not wipe them with cotton yarn; Female workers are not allowed to have long hair and must wear gloves. When using a crane to lift workpieces, it is necessary to comply with the crane operation regulations; When processing heavy parts, it should be done

6、 When replacing cutting tools and workpieces, measuring, calibrating, and changing gears, it is necessary to wait for the bed to come to a complete stop before proceeding; When using an electric knife holder, the direction of the handle should be turned first, and then the button should be pressed; When the lathe needs to change speed, the handle should be moved after the spindle has stopped steadily; use

When supporting the workpiece with the center frame or tool holder, the contact surface must be lubricated.

7、 Do not straighten the workpiece on the machine tool guide rail. The lubricating oil in the oil tank should be kept clean. The oil pipe in the headstock box should be checked regularly, and the oil tank should be refilled, changed, and cleaned as required. The oil level in the slide box should be kept on the centerline of the oil mark

Each shift should inject oil according to the lubrication diagram and the actual situation.

8、 When using a grinding machine, it is necessary to strictly follow the safety operation regulations of the grinding machine.

9、 Regularly maintain the cleanliness of the machine tool and on-site hygiene, immediately cut off the power after work, clean the iron filings, wipe the oil on the guide rail to prevent rusting of the guide rail.
