Vibration Monitoring: The 3500/42M module is used to monitor the vibration level of rotating

 mechanical equipment (such as engines, pumps, compressors, etc.) to evaluate the operating status

 of the equipment.

Real time monitoring: With real-time monitoring function, it can continuously monitor the vibration of

Spectrum analysis: Supports spectrum analysis function, which can perform spectrum analysis on

 vibration data, identify fault frequencies and abnormal vibration modes.

Alarm function: When the device vibration exceeds the set threshold, the alarm function will be

 triggered to remind the operator to pay attention to the abnormal situation of the device.

Historical data recording: It has the function of recording historical data, which can record vibration

 data and save historical records for subsequent analysis and fault diagnosis.

Communication interface: Supports communication with other monitoring systems or data acquisition

 systems for data sharing and integration.

Technical specifications and application scenarios

The 3500/42M module is a four channel monitor that receives signals from one to four proximity

 acceleration, or velocity sensors. It compares the signal with user programmable alarms and adjusts

 the signal to generate vibration and position readings. This module can be programmed using 3500

 rack configuration software to monitor and report parameters such as radial vibration, thrust position

 REBAM, acceleration, differential expansion, eccentricity, velocity, etc
