Functional characteristics
Data transmission: It can achieve real-time data transmission from Bently 3500 series monitoring equipment to the main control system or data analysis tools, and supports high-speed data transmission, ensuring efficient processing of large and complex data.
System integration: It has good interface compatibility, can interface with various industrial networks and control systems, supports different data protocols and communication standards, and can also integrate data from multiple monitoring devices to provide comprehensive device status and performance analysis.
Data processing: Data can be preprocessed before transmission, including data filtering, correction, and compression, to improve data transmission efficiency and quality. It also supports the conversion of different data formats to ensure compatibility between different systems and platforms.
Monitoring and Alarm: Real time monitoring of network connection status and data transmission process to ensure stable data transmission. When data transmission failure or connection problem occurs, an alarm will be triggered to remind operators to handle it.

Communication interface: It has RS232 interface, and also supports RS422, RS485 interface and Ethernet TCP/IP communication. The Ethernet connection is RJ45 connection for 10BASE-T star configuration Ethernet.
Supporting protocols: Supports Modicon Modbus protocol (via serial communication), Modbus/TCP protocol (serial Modbus variant for TCP/IP Ethernet communication), and proprietary Bently Nevada protocol (for communication with 3500 rack configuration and data acquisition software packages).
Data type: Using high-speed internal networks to collect current measurement values, module status, and current alarm status with timestamps from other modules in the rack. The type of data returned depends on the channel configuration and module type.
Data acquisition rate: The data acquisition rate of all modules in the 3500 rack shall not exceed 1 second.
Working temperature: -30 ℃ to+65 ℃.
Storage temperature: -40 ℃ to+85 ℃.
Humidity: 95%, non condensing.
