Vibration Monitoring: The 3500/42M module is used to monitor the vibration level of rotating 

mechanical equipment (such as engines, pumps, compressors, etc.) to evaluate the operational 

status of the equipment.

Multi channel monitoring: Supports multi-channel vibration monitoring, which can simultaneously 

monitor the vibration of multiple devices or bearings.

Real time monitoring: With real-time monitoring function, it can continuously monitor the vibration 

of equipment and provide real-time data feedback.

Spectrum analysis: Supports spectrum analysis function, which can perform spectrum analysis on 

vibration data, identify fault frequencies and abnormal vibration modes.

Alarm function: When the device vibration exceeds the set threshold, the alarm function will be

 triggered to remind the operator to pay attention to the abnormal situation of the device.

Historical data recording: It has the function of recording historical data, which can record vibration 

data and save historical records for subsequent analysis and fault diagnosis.

Communication interface: Supports communication with other monitoring systems or data 

acquisition systems for data sharing and integration.

Industrial grade design: With durable industrial grade design, suitable for long-term use in harsh industrial environmental conditions.

Four channel monitoring: accepts inputs from proximity sensors and seismic sensors, adjusts signals 

to provide various vibration and position measurements, and compares the adjusted signals with user 

programmable alarms.

User programmable alerts: Each channel can be programmed using 3500 rack configuration software

 to monitor and report parameters such as radial vibration, REBAM, thrust position, acceleration, 

differential expansion, axial solute, eccentricity, circular acceptance area, velocity, etc.
