High-performance DSP control
The GMB75120-108 uses high-performance DSP (digital signal processing) control technology to provide precise motor control. This technology ensures the stability and response speed of the servo amplifier in various operating modes, whether it is current (torque) mode or speed (rpm) mode, smooth motor operation can be achieved.

Advanced feedback and communication interface
This series of amplifiers supports a variety of feedback and communication interface modes, including encoder feedback mode and resolver feedback mode. These modes allow the servo amplifier to receive analog inputs and achieve smooth speed control through sinusoidal rectification. In addition, the Omega series also has high-speed serial communication interfaces, such as Ethernet physical layer 100Base-TX based on the IEEE802.3 standard, which makes data transmission more efficient and reliable.

High-precision position control
The GMB75120-108 is equipped with an advanced resolution-to-digital converter that can provide high-precision position information. This information is not only used for the control of the internal position loop, but also can generate analog incremental quadrature encoder output signals (A, B and Z) for use by external controllers. In addition to PWM control, the GMB75120-108 also features a linear amplifier function that can drive zero inductance loads for very precise positioning applications.

Smooth Operation
In current (torque) mode or speed (rpm) mode, the amplifier accepts a +/-10V analog input and sinusoidally commutates the motor, ensuring very smooth operation at all speeds.

High-Bandwidth Resolve-Digital Converter
The amplifier uses an advanced high-bandwidth resolve-digital converter developed by Glentek to provide digital position, velocity and motor communication data, enhancing the overall performance of the system.

Applications
The GMB75120-108 is widely used in machine tools, precision grinders, semiconductor cutting, screwdriving, optical air bearings, circuit board drilling, AC vector control and many other fields.

Structural Configuration
The amplifier assembly includes an amplifier module, DC power supply, regeneration circuit with brake resistor, closing current limit protection when powered on, fuse, and one or more cooling fans, suitable for single-axis or multi-axis applications.
