High voltage power module

As a 30KV high-voltage package, it is mainly used to drive the X-ray emission device (such as model 57000005/30KV tube) in the thickness gauge system, providing stable high-voltage power for thickness detection.

It needs to be installed in conjunction with a dedicated base plate (such as the 05428901 terminal board), and exposed operation is prohibited to ensure safety and electromagnetic compatibility.

Collaborative control of thickness gauge system

In Honeywell QCS, this high-voltage package works in conjunction with the following key components:

05355314 detector amplifier board: processes X-ray signals and converts them into readable data;

05406700 current control board&05425400 shutter drive board: precise control of tube current and shutter switch;

Moisture sensor (such as 08607801 reflector component): synchronously monitors paper moisture to achieve closed-loop quality control
