2、 Common faults and solutions

Possible causes and solutions for the fault phenomenon

The motor does not rotate, the enable signal is not connected, and the phase sequence of the power line is incorrect. Check the voltage at the CN2 terminal and swap any two phases of U/V/W for testing

Adjust the rigidity parameters of the driver (Pn110) due to severe mechanical resonance and encoder interference during operation, and install cable magnetic rings

Absolute value encoder alarm cable plug oxidation, battery module power-off, clean encoder contacts, replace dedicated battery module

Overheating protection (OH) reduces acceleration and deceleration time due to excessive load rate and poor heat dissipation. Clean the heat dissipation air duct or install a heat dissipation fan

Loose coupling and interference caused by position deviation result in pulse loss. Tighten mechanical components and check the grounding of the pulse line shielding layer
