Functional Features
Dual channel measurement: It can simultaneously monitor the vibration of two different bearings in real-time, and comprehensively grasp the operating status of the equipment.
Multiple output types: Sensor outputs include VRMS (Veff) root mean square vibration velocity, Sop (zero peak) vibration displacement, Spp (peak to peak) vibration displacement, etc., which can meet different measurement and analysis needs.
Standard compatibility: The design complies with universal standards such as API670, VDI2056, VDI2059, etc., making it easy to integrate and interface with other systems.
Flexible configuration: Equipped with a built-in microprocessor, the working mode and parameters can be set through on-site portable devices or remote communication buses. It can read all measurement values and perform spectrum analysis, and can also store data from the last start/stop process.

Sensor input: There are two independent electric speed sensor signal inputs, SENS 1H (z8)/SENS 1L (z10) and SENS 2H (d8)/SENS 2L (d10), matched with the PR926X series electric sensors from Germany's epro company, with an input voltage range of -5...+15V dc.
Boosting coil current: Provide 0... 8mA of boosting coil current for each sensor to compensate for mechanical settling of the sensor coil. The corresponding interfaces are SENS 1+(z6)/ENS 1- (b6) and SENS 2+(d6)/ENS 2- (b8).
Keyphase signal input: The module is equipped with key signal input, and the signal must be greater than 13V for speed control mode and spectrum analysis.

Eigenvalue output: There are two current outputs representing eigenvalues, I1+(z18)/I1- (b18) and I2+(z20)/I2- (b20), which can be set to 0... 20mA or 4... 20mA; There are also two 0... 10V voltage outputs EO 1 (d14)/EO 2 (d16).
Dynamic signal output: Provides two 0... 20Vpp dynamic signal outputs AC1 (z14)/AC2 (z16) for spectrum analysis, with 0... 20Vpp equivalent to the range of characteristic values.
Limit monitoring
Alarm value setting: Each channel can be set with alarm value and danger value respectively. The alarm switch is triggered when the measured value exceeds the limit when it rises. It can set an alarm lag value of 1... 10% of the full range, triggered when it falls.
Limit multiplier: The limit multiplier function can be activated in the software, and the multiplication factor X (1.00~5.00) can be set to affect both the alarm value and the danger value.
Alarm output: The module has four alarm outputs, with channel 1 being danger D1-C, D1-E(d26,d28), Alarm A1-C, A1-E(b26,b28); Channel 2 is danger D2-C, D2-E(d30,d32), Alarm A2-C, A2-E(b30,b32)。
Alarm hold function: The alarm state can be held, and the alarm can only be cancelled after the alarm condition disappears through a software reset command.
Alarm output mode: Select through SC-A (alarm d24) and SC-D (danger z24). When SC - is open circuit or+24V, the alarm output is normally open; When SC - is 0V, the alarm relay is normally closed.
Prohibited alarm: When the module fails, there is a delay in power on, the module temperature exceeds the dangerous value, external alarm activation is prohibited (ES (z22) is set to 0V), and the limit suppression function is activated and the input level is abnormal, the alarm output is prohibited.
