1.0 Purpose
Ensure the integrity of the equipment, meet the requirements of product processing quality characteristics, and guarantee the realization of product quality characteristics.
2.0 Scope of Application
Suitable for process control of maintenance and upkeep of CNC lathes.
3.0 Content and Requirements
3.1 Daily maintenance
Before starting up at work, check if all electrical buttons, switches, and transmission handles are in the correct positions.
3.1.2 Make daily equipment inspections and shift handover records.
3.2 First level maintenance
The machine tool has accumulated 2500 hours of operation for first level maintenance, with a downtime of 0.5 hours per complexity factor, mainly carried out by operators and assisted by maintenance workers.

External maintenance
1. Clean the exterior and covers of the machine tool, ensuring cleanliness both inside and outside, without rust or yellowing.
2. Complete and tighten screws, nuts, handballs, handles, etc;
3. Clean the guide rail and remove burrs.

1. Clean the screw rod;
2. Check if the bolts at the connection between the motor and the screw are loose or damaged.
