1.0 Purpose
Ensure the integrity of the equipment, meet the requirements of product processing quality characteristics, and guarantee the realization of product quality characteristics.
2.0 Scope of Application
Suitable for process control of maintenance and upkeep of CNC lathes.
3.0 Content and Requirements
3.1 Daily maintenance
Before starting up at work, check if all electrical buttons, switches, and transmission handles are in the correct positions.
3.1.2 Make daily equipment inspections and shift handover records.
3.2 First level maintenance
The machine tool has accumulated 2500 hours of operation for first level maintenance, with a downtime of 0.5 hours per complexity factor, mainly carried out by operators and assisted by maintenance workers.

1. Clean the electrical box. 2. Clean the CNC box with a dry brush or anhydrous alcohol to keep the circuits and components clean. 3. Check the exhaust fan and keep it clean. 4. To clean the servo motor, dry compressed air can be used to blow away the dust from the electric brush, check whether the electric brush is worn, and replace it according to the situation. 5. The electrical device is fixed, neat, safe and reliable. |
3.3 Secondary maintenance
The machine tool has accumulated 5000 hours of operation for secondary maintenance, with a downtime of 3 hours per complexity factor. Maintenance workers are the main ones, and operators participate. In addition to performing first level maintenance, do the following tasks. Cooperate with technicians when necessary to carry out surveying and mapping work.
