1. KSS00276 robot parameters are not equal to robot type

 

① Login Expert Mode

 

② Teaching pendant operation: [Menu] - [Display] - [Variables] - [Single]

 

③ $ROBTRAFO [] new value: TRAFONAME[]

 

④ Click on 'Set Values'.

 

2. Battery alarm: ① "Rechargeable battery warning - an aging battery was found, but the battery is not functioning properly

 

The quantity is still sufficient

 

② Unable to cache

 

Analysis: This situation usually occurs when the robot is first turned on, and the battery plug is not plugged into the CCU board in the control cabinet when the robot leaves the factory.

 

Measure: Find the battery power plug inside the control cabinet and plug it into the CCU card socket corresponding to the label.

 

3.  KSS00203- Fully operational and open

 

Measures: ① Under 【 Main Menu 】 - 【 Configuration 】 - 【 Input/Output Terminal 】 - 【 External Automatic Operation 】;

 

② On the input end, find the channel corresponding to $MOVE-INBALE and change it to 1025. If the external automatic operation is running, check the PLC terminal signal.

 

 

4. KSS00308 Unloading and Stacking Mode: Move Axis A5+into Position

 

① Login Expert Mode

 

 

② [Display] - [Variables] - [Single]

 

③$pal_mode

 

 

New value: true 

 

④ Click on 'Set Values' to update

 

⑤ Restart the control cabinet.

 

 

5. KSS 15012 confirms that the switch is damaged

Analysis: The teaching pendant's enable key is divided into three levels:

 

① Normally not set to one gear;

 

② When moving the robot, the second gear;

 

③ When pressed to the bottom, the third gear will trigger a safety stop alarm. Solution: Press the enable button all the way to the bottom, and a confirmation message saying 'Confirm switch fault' will appear

 

Click "OK" to proceed.
