The production process of the dedicated line reactor for the inverter requires the coil and iron core of the dedicated line reactor to be assembled into one piece, and then go through the process of pre-baking → vacuum varnishing → hot baking and curing.

 

The dedicated line reactor for the inverter uses H-class varnish to firmly combine the coil and iron core of the reactor, which not only greatly reduces the noise during operation, but also has an extremely high heat resistance level, which can ensure that the reactor can run safely and noiselessly at high temperatures.

 

The following four motor protection methods are currently commonly used:

(1) Installing a reactor at the output end of the inverter: This measure is commonly used, but it should be noted that this method has a certain effect on shorter cables (less than 30 meters), but sometimes the effect is not ideal, as shown in Figure 6(c).

 

(2) Install a dv/dt filter at the output end of the inverter: This measure is suitable for situations where the cable length is less than 300 meters. The price is slightly higher than that of the reactor, but the effect is significantly improved, as shown in Figure 6(d).

 

(3) Install a sine wave filter at the output end of the inverter: This measure is ideal. Because here, the PWM pulse voltage is converted into a sine wave voltage, the motor works under the same conditions as the power frequency voltage, and the problem of peak voltage is completely solved (no spike voltage will occur even if the cable is longer).

 

(4) Install a peak voltage absorber at the interface between the cable and the motor: The disadvantages of the previous measures are that when the power of the motor is large, the volume and weight of the reactor or filter are large and the price is high. In addition, the reactor and the filter will cause a certain voltage drop, affecting the output torque of the motor. The use of an inverter peak voltage absorber can overcome these shortcomings. The SVA peak voltage absorber developed by the 706 Institute of the Second Academy of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation uses advanced power electronics technology and intelligent control technology and is an ideal device for solving motor damage. In addition, the SVA spike absorber can also protect the motor bearings.
