Measure the resistance value of the component itself. Measuring the resistance to ground at the output terminal of a circuit can determine 

whether the load of the circuit is normal. For example, when measuring the ground resistance value of the output terminal of a regulated 

power supply, if the load resistance

 

If there is a significant change, the resistance to ground at the output end of the regulated power supply will inevitably have a significant

When measuring the value, it is necessary to measure its forward and reverse resistance. Usually, the resistance value measured when the 

negative probe is grounded is the forward resistance, while the resistance value measured when the positive probe is grounded is of course

By comparing the measured resistance value with the normal resistance value, the fault can be identified.

 

When the specific location of the fault cannot be clearly determined, the transistor or integrated circuit block can be removed, and the forward 

and reverse resistance values between each pin of the transistor and the forward and reverse resistance values between each pin of the 

integrated circuit block and the ground pin can be measured

 

The resistance value can also roughly determine the quality of a transistor or integrated circuit block.

 

5、 Knocking method: This is also an effective method for repairing industrial touch all-in-one machines, especially for faults caused by virtual 

soldering and poor contact. The method is to use an insulator, such as a wooden stick, with or without electricity

7、 Cold and hot method: This is a very effective method, especially for some components with poor thermal stability and severe heat 

generation. When an abnormal temperature rise is detected in a certain component, it can be used

 

Dip pure alcohol into a cotton ball and apply it to the surface of the component to cool it quickly. The principle is the same as the water-cooled 

cooling method in hardware overclocking. After cooling down, turn on the machine again. If the previous malfunction is significantly reduced or 

eliminated

 

If it is lost, it can be preliminarily judged that the component has thermal failure or has problems, and it can be replaced. The heating method is

 complementary to the cooling method. When poor thermal stability of components is found, the cooling method is ineffective

 

In this case, we can use soldering iron or hair dryer to heat the suspected component appropriately, and then turn it on to observe. If we find 

that the previously unclear fault has worsened, we can proceed with the component

8、 Touch temperature method: Directly touch the temperature of the suspected component with your hand to quickly identify the problem. 

This method is mainly used to check for abnormalities in components such as electrolytic capacitors, transformers, transistors, etc

 

Identify problems based on abnormal temperature changes, temperature increases, and other phenomena. Remember to perform this method

 only when there is a power outage to ensure safe operation.

 

9、 Interference method: Under amateur conditions, using interference method for maintenance is also a common method. The method is to 

use a screwdriver or other object to contact the input terminal of the circuit, and input human body induction signals or collisions

 

The physical clutter generated at that time. Used to check video, intermediate frequency and other circuits, and based on the noise response 

on the industrial touch all-in-one machine display screen, it can basically determine whether the circuit is working properly. Its inspection
